If you are, however, having issues identifying the species of the infestation you can generally use some of the below materials as they are likely to be a good control method as most insecticides are universal rather than specific to a certain strain of insect.
We do offer a free service for the identification of your insect if you are unsure of your species. You can either send the sample to us in a see-through container or send a digital picture emailed to our service department (see contact info).
